Welcome to the Guest House at Chimney Rock Estate! This Modern one bedroom one bath plus sofa sleeper sleeps four comfortably. Rustic charm bordering Oak Creek on 4 gated acres. Full kitchen, washer & dryer, pet friendly, streaming TV in both living room and bedroom. Enjoy the Sedona air on the screened breezeway. Stroll the beautiful property! Walk down to Oak Creek right directly out our back gate. Enjoy all that Sedona has to offer, located in the heart of all the sites.

One bedroom, one bath, rustic-modern cabin that truly feels like Sedona!

Home Features:
The renovated kitchen is stocked to make full meals, and we have you covered in the morning - Keurig and a selection of coffees.
The bedroom has a queen size bed, 55” 4K TV, and large walk-in closet. There is also a full size washer and dryer.
A pull out queen size sofa sleeper allows 2 additional guests.
Outside - just take a look around! It’s yours to explore our 5 acre fenced estate. We have provided you with hiking sticks, flashlights, and a camping blanket to make it even more fun to explore.

Touches and character:
Gorgeous chandelier sconces, and a pellet stove heater add character. You’ll find plenty of books (100s including many on Sedona art, hikes, history , vortexes etc) in the built-in library, and you’ll enjoy watching one of your favorite streaming channels on the 65 inch 4K TV. (HBO Max, Peacock, Netflix, YouTube TV included). There are also many crystals placed throughout the home to bring in the Sedona experience and promote a sense of healing and tranquility. You can read all about their different healing powers in the crystal books provided!
